Composed of three buddies with a common goal of making great music, creating awesome memories, and having a good time, Andy Shehan and the Foundation plays, and writes, Roots Rock music from the soul.  The Foundation lays the back track down like a tall mountain range giving Andy the freedom to play as if flying on the wind.  Truly something to hear, ASF always Rocks the house and gives people something to talk about.

Andy Shehan and The Foundation was founded by Andy Shehan and Shawn Glaspell, friends of 20 years.  After raising families and traveling together, they finally decided to pick up their guitars and start Rockin'.  After some initial success, Damion joined the band and inspired us all to level up!  These days we are busy recording a new album, playing festivals, and enjoying life!  During the day, Andy is a high school Math teacher, Shawn runs an advertising company, and Damion is a professional musician.
